Chocolate Whipped Cream


Chocolate Whipped Cream
Ingredients

  • 4 ounces milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Whipped Cream Instructions:

  • Place chocolate in a medium bowl; set aside.
  • Heat sugar and 1 cup cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until sugar has dissolved.
  • Pour cream mixture over chocolate; stir until chocolate has melted. Let cool.
  • Transfer chocolate mixture to an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Add remaining cup heavy cream and beat on medium speed until thick and fluffy

  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Whipped Cream Instructions
Sift the confectioners' sugar and cocoa onto a sheet of waxed paper. While whipping the cream, feed in the sugar-cocoa mixture. Whip to the consistency of shaving cream, about 4 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) Heavy Cream, 
  • cold 3/4 cup(s) Confectioners' 
  • Sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Cinnamon 
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract

Whipped Cream Instructions
In a large bowl, using a mixer set on medium-high speed, beat the cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat.

  •  1 cup heavy cream
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Instructions
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat, cream will then become lumpy and butter-like.
